ABOUT AUTHOR
Sedrick T. Ford was born in Detroit, Michigan, where he grew up in a loving, hard-working family. Surrounded by strong values, annual fishing trips, and the guidance of his parents and grandfather, he learned early what courage and resilience truly mean. A former track athlete and football player, his own challenges shaped his mission: to help children build confidence, believe in themselves, and face life with strength and hope.

This book will be great for young people to read and understand to have confidence in yourself and to understand parents' jobs and responsibilities as well. I love this book congratulations Sedrick you did a wonderful job, I recommend that all young people read this book and take in consideration of what they read this is awesome I have seven kids and I felt he covered each one in their feelings all in one book is so awesome.
